Got my email? This is for business owners.

A website that actually wins you work.

I build your site, host it and look after it every month, so the people who find you can see your work, trust you and get in touch. Then add review requests and missed-call texts when you want it bringing in more.

Is this right for you?

Get in touch if

  • You already have happy customers and good reviews, but your website doesn't bring in many enquiries.
  • You'd like more jobs that arrive in writing, with the details you need, instead of missed calls.
  • You want one person to build it and keep it working, so you can get back to the tools.

Please don’t get in touch if

  • You're booked solid for months and don't want more work. Come back when you do.
  • You're after the cheapest one-off site you can find.
  • You need an online shop with hundreds of products.

Recent sample homepages

What I found, and what I fixed.

I build for local businesses that run on enquiries and bookings: trades, salons and clinics, gyms, cleaners. I’m new to this, so I don’t have a wall of reviews yet. That’s why I build your homepage first: you judge the work, not my claims. These are real problems from real sites I’ve rebuilt as samples. Names are left out because the owners didn’t ask to be on my website.

Electrician

Found

The phone number on the website was plain text, so tapping it on a mobile did nothing. An enquiry sent through the contact form got no confirmation and no reply.

Fixed

A tap-to-call button on the first screen, and an enquiry form that confirms receipt to the customer and alerts the owner straight away.

Roofer

Found

Spam links to casino sites were hidden at the bottom of the live homepage, and the gallery had no photos of the firm's own work.

Fixed

A clean rebuild with the owner's real jobs and Google reviews above the fold, before anyone has to pick up the phone.

Painter & decorator

Found

Several images on the homepage were broken, and there was no way to ask for a quote without ringing.

Fixed

Working photos of finished rooms and a short quote request that asks for the room, the size and a photo, so the first call is a useful one.

Watch the work

See it working, start to finish.

Two short videos, talked through by me. The first is a real cleaning company’s website and how I rebuilt it. The second is a cleaning company I made up to show everything working together, from the first enquiry to the review at the end.

A real website4 min

A cleaning company's website, before and after

Where the old site was quietly losing calls, and the rebuild that puts the phone number, the proof and the quote form where people actually look.

The full set-up4 min

Enquiry, quote, booking, payment, review

The website, quote requests with photos, booking, the proposal, payment and the review request afterwards, all in one place. The business is made up, so no real customer's details are on screen.

The offer

One site, looked after every month.

01

The build

A fast, mobile-first site written around the jobs you actually want: what you do, where you work, real photos and reviews, and a clear way to get in touch.

02

Hosting and upkeep

Hosting, security certificate, backups and updates handled for you. Nothing for you to log in to or update.

03

Changes when you need them

New photos, a price change, a new service. Send me a message and I make the change.

04

Enquiries that reach you

Every form enquiry is confirmed to the customer and lands with you straight away, with the details you need to price the job.

£500 to build, paid when it’s live

£49 a month after that

Start with your homepage

Once the site is working

Then make it work harder.

None of these are needed to get started. They’re the next step once enquiries are coming in, and they’re priced separately.

Review requests

After a job, the customer gets a short, friendly message asking for a Google review, with a link that goes straight to your listing.

Missed-call text back

When you can't answer, the caller gets a text from your business number so the job doesn't go to the next name on the list.

Quote requests with photos

For work where a photo saves a visit: a form that asks the right questions for your business and lets the customer attach pictures.

From here to live in three steps.

  1. 1

    I build your homepage first

Free, and before we've spoken. If I emailed you, it's already done: the link is in that email.

  2. 2

You check it, we finish it

We fix wording and photos together on a short call, then I add the other pages you need.

  3. 3

    Go live

I connect your domain and look after the site from then on. You pay £500 when it's live, then £49 a month.

Chanikul

Who you’re dealing with

One person, start to finish.

I spent over twenty years in London’s visual effects and creative industry, making pictures look right for people who notice every detail. Now I use that eye to build simple websites that help small businesses get more of the work they want.

No account managers and no jargon. You get my name, my email and the person who actually builds your site.

Chanikul

Questions people actually ask.

A stranger emailed me a website. Is this a scam?

Fair question, and you're right to be careful. I'm one person, my name is Chanikul, and this page is where I explain exactly what I do and what it costs. I never ask for payment details by email, and you pay nothing until your site is live and you're happy with it. Look at the homepage I built for you first and judge the work.

Do I have to pay for the sample homepage?

No. I build it so you can see the difference before deciding anything. If it isn't for you, ignore it and I'll take it down.

What does it cost?

£500 to build, paid when the site goes live, then £49 a month for hosting, upkeep and changes. Extras like review requests or missed-call text back are priced separately and only if you want them.

I'm already busy. Why would I want more enquiries?

If you're booked for months, you probably don't, and that's fine. Some busy owners still use a better site to choose better jobs: more of the work they like, in the areas they want, with fewer time-wasters. If that isn't you, this page has done its job by saying so.

I already have a website. Can you take it over?

Yes. I can rebuild it on the same domain, keep anything that works, and move you over without the site going offline.

Who owns the domain and the content?

You do. Your domain stays in your name, and your photos and text are yours.

Will I deal with you, or a team?

Me. I reply to every enquiry myself and I'm the person who builds and looks after your site.

Can I just talk it through first?

Yes. Book a 15-minute call at the bottom of this page. It's a chat about your business, not a sales pitch.

Talk it through in 15 minutes.

Pick a time that suits you. We’ll look at your homepage together and I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help. Not a sales pitch.

Rather write? Send me a message instead.
