A multi-tenant platform for a regulated profession — assessments, periodic reviews, vulnerability checks, and the compliance trail regulated work has to keep. AI-assisted document analysis and household-level planning. Built solo on Next.js 15, Drizzle, Neon, Clerk. Currently in development, not yet released.
A production-style AI agent for a (fictional) coastal hotel.
A concierge that answers guests from the hotel's published policies, finds villas that fit their dates, and never books anything without a button press. Built the way a client project should be: written requirements, a reasoned architecture, tickets, attack-testing, deployment and monitoring. The hotel is invented; the engineering is real.
A real website rebuilt, and a full GoHighLevel set-up for a cleaning business.
First, a real commercial cleaning company's website: no phone number, no reviews, invisible to search tools, and the rebuild that fixes it. Then a made-up cleaning business running end to end in GoHighLevel: quote form with photos, pipeline, booking, proposal and deposit, and the automations that follow up and ask for reviews.
Build-time typesetting for the open web.
A static blog generator that decides where every line of body prose ends — before the page reaches the reader. A headless browser loads each post with its actual CSS at build time, runs Cheng Lou's pretext line-breaker over every paragraph, and writes pre-broken HTML to disk. Zero JavaScript for any typesetting decision. Drop caps, sidenotes, en-gb hyphenation with an orphan guard, pull quotes, shape-around. Free, open source.
